Consumer Complaint Submission Notice

1. Right to File Complaints

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Nos. 41/14, 110/15, 14/19, 126/21), consumers have the right to submit written complaints regarding dissatisfaction with our products/services. We are legally obligated to provide a written response within 15 days of receipt.

  • Full name
  • Contact address/email
  • Detailed complaint description

3. Complaint Handling Procedure

  • Acknowledgement receipt sent within 48 hours
  • All complaints resolved within 15 days of receipt
  • For complex cases, written notification of extension will be provided

4. Escalation Process

If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to:
