Consumer Complaint Submission Notice
1. Right to File Complaints
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette Nos. 41/14, 110/15, 14/19, 126/21), consumers have the right to submit written complaints regarding dissatisfaction with our products/services. We are legally obligated to provide a written response within 15 days of receipt.

3. Complaint Handling Procedure
- Acknowledgement receipt sent within 48 hours
- All complaints resolved within 15 days of receipt
- For complex cases, written notification of extension will be provided
4. Escalation Process
If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate to:
